- Do you do partial siding repair or only full replacement?
- Both. A storm repair on two courses and a whole house re-side are different jobs and we take either.
- Do you check what is behind the siding?
- Yes. Covering rotted sheathing with new vinyl hides the problem rather than solving it, and it turns a repair into a rebuild later.
- Can you do siding as part of a bigger rehab?

Siding does two jobs at once. It keeps weather out of the wall, and it sets what the property looks like in the first photograph anyone sees. On a rental it is the difference between a unit that shows well and one that sits. On a flip it is most of the kerb appeal in a single line item.
We do full re-sides and we do spot repair. A full re-side on a house that has had forty winters of Cleveland weather is a different job from replacing the two courses a branch took out, and we are happy to do either. On older housing stock we check what is behind the siding before covering it back up, because wrapping rot in new vinyl just hides a problem until it is more expensive.
The pieces around the siding matter as much as the siding. Soffit and fascia are where water gets in and where point of sale inspectors look. Gutters that dump against a foundation cause masonry and basement problems that cost many times what the gutter did. We handle the whole exterior envelope rather than the one visible part of it.
